Design Review & DFM
Send us your profile concept. We run a DFM review for aluminium extrusions to validate feasibility, reduce die complexity and optimise machining time. Typical checks include minimum wall thickness, internal radii, draft, straightness and twist, plus clamp-friendly features for downstream machining.
Prototyping Your Custom Aluminium Product
Once the design is agreed upon, we produce a prototype of your custom aluminium profile for validation. Prototype parts are typically delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.
Production Launch
After prototype approval, we launch full-scale extrusion with integrated aluminium profile machining and in-line quality checks.
