Where optimisation is possible, we work with you at no extra cost to ensure the design is well-prepared for efficient extrusion, machining, and finishing.
Prototyping Your Bespoke Aluminium Profile
Once the design is agreed upon, we produce a prototype of your custom aluminium product for validation. Prototype parts are typically delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.
Production Launch
After prototype approval, we launch full-scale extrusion with integrated aluminium profile machining and in-line quality checks.
