We will extrude your bespoke aluminium profile to your specifications, going as small as 4mm by 4mm weighing 40 g/m.
Machining your extruded aluminium profile
Once your profile is extruded, we machine any and all features from sawing to punching, tapping, drilling, milling, and much more, to turn your profile into its final product.
Surface treatment for your aluminium component
We can finish your aluminium profile, offering several options like aluminium anodisation either pre- and/or post-machining, lacquering, sandblasting, polishing, powder-coating...
Accessories and special packaging for your finished, machined aluminium profile
Once accessories such as screws or plastics inserts are assembled (if needed), we package your bespoke aluminium profile for maximal protection without waste, and can provide special packaging and labels, too.
